Photography, image making, and editing have been at the core of my practice since its inception. It was only at the beginning of 2024 that I was gifted my first film camera, the Nikon N8008, and my practice began to shift from digital image manipulation and collage to shooting and developing my own images. My love for film comes out
of a love for process, control, and grit. Additionally, from my childhood of often moving to new countries, experiencing entirely new places, languages, and cultures, comes a love for the street, of walking and taking in all that is around me, of documenting my time spent and the faces, reflections, and scenes I encounter.
