Photography, image making, and editing have been at the core of my practice since its inception. It was only at the beginning of 2024 that I was gifted my first film camera, a Nikon N8008, and my practice began to shift from digital image manipulation and collage to shooting and developing my own images. My love for film comes out of a love
for process, control, and grit. Additionally, from my childhood of often moving to new countries, experiencing entirely new places, languages, and cultures, comes a love for the street, of walking and taking in all that is around me, of documenting my time spent and the faces, reflections, and scenes I encounter.
